I have run a company and know the day in and day out struggles of a business owner. Jobs are not created by government; they are created by the ingenuity and innovation of entrepreneurs. This is what has helped create the America we live in today and made us the envy of the world. We live in a time of uncertainty and it has stifled business owners from expanding their business and taking those risks that grow companies. More time is spent concentrating all your efforts and resources on the business you have because you can't afford to lose it than you do going out and building your business.

As your Congressman, I will fight for policies that help small business grow, limit regulations/mandates, and support a reduction of the corporate tax rate. I will also support policies that contract out more of our government services to private companies to create more permanent long term jobs. It's time to show our citizens that we are serious about turning this country around and getting people back to work.
